Kreso doesn't grow unless you grow too.

Six growth channels on one panel, run by a team that gets paid from your growth, not from a monthly retainer. That's not a slogan, it's how we get paid.

You're paying for activity.

Most agencies get paid the same whether your store grows or not. You pay a retainer on the first of the month. They send a report on the last. What happened to your revenue in between is, honestly, beside the point for them.

If sales went up, great. If they flatlined, the invoice still arrives. So you end up paying for posts published and emails sent. None of that is the thing you wanted, which is more revenue than last month.

Kreso doesn't grow unless you grow too. That's not a slogan, it's how we get paid.

Kreso works differently. We are a revenue share partner, not a vendor sending a monthly bill. When we run your acquisition and retention, we make money the same way you do, from the growth we actually create. No growth, no fee on the growth work.

That changes how we behave. We don't chase vanity metrics, because they don't pay us. We pick the channels that move revenue for your brand and put our time there. Terms are tailored to each brand, so the first step is a call.

How revenue share works

From first call to growth

  1. 1

    Strategy call

We look at your store and your numbers, then tell you where the growth is.

  2. 2

    A plan and a deal

You get a channel plan and revenue share terms built for your brand. Nothing is signed until it makes sense to both of us.

  3. 3

    We run it

Our team takes over the channels we agreed on, from Klaviyo flows to Amazon listings, and reports in plain numbers.

  4. 4

    We grow together

As revenue climbs, our share comes out of the growth we created. If it doesn't climb, neither do we.

Ten services. One partner.

Growth services run on revenue share. Support services are a fixed monthly fee. Pick one channel or the whole stack.

Questions brands ask us

How does revenue share work?

We agree a share of the growth we create in the channels we run. The terms depend on your margins and the channels we run, so we set them together on a call.

Do I pay anything upfront?

Growth services run on revenue share. Support services, like social media and store management, are a fixed monthly fee. We'll be clear about which is which before anything starts.

What kind of brands do you work with?

E-commerce brands on Shopify and marketplaces that already sell and want to grow faster. If you're pre-launch, we'll tell you whether it's too early.

What's the difference between growth and support services?

Growth services bring in revenue, so we share in it. Support services keep the store running well, so they are priced as a flat fee.

Can I start with one channel?

Yes. Most brands start with one or two channels and add more once the numbers prove out.

How do you report?

Plain numbers on a schedule we agree. Revenue by channel and what we changed. Then what's next.

Want to see where your growth is?

No pitch. A look at your numbers and a straight answer.
